Booking Policy

Once booked, 50% (may be less under different circumstances)

non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date & time. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session date {Excluding weddings & out-of-town sessions}

If you pay in cash {Excluding Wedding & out-of-town sessions}, there will be a time & place to meet before the session date, so we can have the deposit covered. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Payments for Wedding payment & out of town sessions are due 14 days prior to the dates.

Appointments without a deposit may be canceled if needed.

Late Fees:

I acknowledge traffic & vehicle conditions happens, so please keep in touch with me! If the client is delayed/arrives for more than 10 minutes during the scheduled session, a late fee of $25 (per every 10 minutes) will be added to your bill. (Note: The time will be subtracted from your session time)

Arrivals longer than 30 minutes your session will be canceled. The session can be rescheduled, and rescheduling fees will be charged.

Note: Any deposit or payments made towards the balance is non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

I understand things will happen, so if unable to attend your session date, you can only reschedule {non-refundable payment)

If session is canceled within 72 hours (Bronze, Silver, and Gold package only) 7 days (Platinum Package) before the session date & time, no cancellation fee will be charged. If not, you are responsible for an additional fee of $50 {again, non-refundable}

You must request a reschedule within 7 days of the time you canceled and will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.

The client can pick a new rescheduling date within a 30 days time frame. Zaka's Pixels has a right to accept or decline the date.

Only allowed to

reschedule once.

If any rescheduling after 7 days, the client will have to pay the service price again. 

Zaka's Pixels has a right to accept, decline, and/or have you pick another date.

If Zaka's Pixels cannot perform any session due to weather, casualty, or other causes out of control, or due to Photographer's emergency or illness, then the Photographer is allowed to return fees & non-refundable money to the clients for the session chosen. If the photographer has an emergency, you will get 20% off your reschedule session, but will not bear any further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation of liability also applies to the Photographer's materials, which includes damages in the process, camera loss, or media failure, mail loss, any damage or lost without fault on the part of the Photographer.

Location

One location is included in each package listed above.{Traveling fee varies if not within Pulaski limit}

The fee for any additional location is $25 each {If it is not within the Pulaski limit, a travel fee will be charged. Travel expenses may vary according to customer requirements}

The new location must be within 20 miles of the previous destination. Keep in mind your time frame! Will be added 20 minutes to your photoshoot.

Wardrobe/

Looks

Gold Package includes up to 2(two) looks. After the first hour, you are allowed 1 (one)

look per hour.

Silver Package includes 2(two) looks, meaning you are allowed 1(one) look every 30 minutes.

Additional looks will be $15 per look to any packages. 15 minutes added to your session.

Keep in mind your time frame!

Family photos include up to 5 people. If more, there will be an extra fee of $10 per person (1 year or younger are free) (Contact us for groups larger than 10)

Photo Editing/ Prints

The number of edited photos varies depending on the package selected.{Additional fees apply for any added photos you want to be edit} {$2 each for basic, $3 each for premium}

Basic Editing Includes: Smoothing of the skin, color enhancement, minor blemishing, and cropping

Premium Includes: Basic retouching, pieces of hair removal, whitening teeth, major blemishing, words added to the image or content requested by the customer {I will tell you if the performance can be achieved, especially if you buy additional edited photos}

Customers will receive their photos up to 7days-4weeks

All photos (that customers want edit & print) must be selected within 72 hours after receiving the photos. Starting from the date after the customer selects the photo, it may take up to 2 weeks {on request} to retouch the photo. After receiving edit photos no more request is made after 48 hours  

Prints: Additional prints {Prints not included in the package} can be brought from Zaka's Pixels store & delivered. The store may also includes things like mugs, blankets, pillows & more!

Sessions/

Advertise-ment/Collab-oration

All advertising, collaboration, regular or any other sessions must follow the guidelines specified for each session. If guidelines are not met, Zaka's Pixels has the right to not release any of the products [Example: Photos]

and/or decline any service/sessions.

No refunds will be given for declined sessions/services/products. Some things happen, so you can reschedule!
