How Do I Pay?
A.It's a simple step! After filling out and submitting the contact form, you will be notified if the date is available. Not only that, but we will also send you an email containing the contract and payment method.
What Type Of Payment Do You Take?
A.I accept Credit/Debit, Cashapp, Zelle, and Cash.
How Long Until I Receive My Photos?
A.I understand the rush of wanting to post on social media or send it to your friends and family. I will try my best to deliver photos ASAP!!!
Could take up to 7 days to 4 weeks.
{All of this depends on the number of photos and other several factors}
May be contacted throughout the progress/status of where Zaka's Pixels may be in the processing of your photos.
How Will I Receive My Photos & How Many Photos Do I Receive?
A.You will be receiving a link via email to your personal online viewing gallery. From here, you can download them and view them on any mobile device.
For prints, it will be delivered to the address you provided.
How Long Until I Recieved My Extra Prints, Mugs, Etc?
A.The timing really depends on your order. It may take up to 4 weeks. We are doing everything we can to make it complete as soon as possible. Time may also change, if we find that the product is not in the best condition (before sending it to you), it will be shipped back to be redone!
I Added An Extra Outfit, Do I Get Extra Time?
A.Yes, you will get an additional 20 minutes to your session, per any added outfit.
Example: 1-hour session + additional 2 outfits will total into 1 hour and 40 minutes session.
Do You Pick The Locations?
A.This is YOUR special day! So, you do the picking. Can I suggest a location? Yes, if you would like. Keep in mind it should be in Pulaski limits. Otherwise, a travel fee will be charged. The cost depends on your request.
Traveling fee will apply if not. The fee depends on the customer's request.
Oh No! What If I Can't Pose?
A.That's okay! Allow me to guide you. I want you to feel the best version of yourself when posing.
Can I Bring Someone With Me On My Session?
A.Yes of course! Keep in mind, that they may or may not be allowed to be in your photoshoot if not reserved. They should also be respectful and mindful so it can be a smooth & fun session.

Can You Take Photos Of Me Inside My Own Home
A.Yes! The bigger space, the better varieties of photos we can have for you. Please be mindful of distractions. If your area is small it is not recommended

Why are there two types of cancellation fees?
A.A $50 fee is for failure to cancel a photoshoot within 72 hours & 7 days (for Platinum) time frame. This is also a cancelation fee
A $25 fee is to reschedule and secure your spot again without paying for another deposit.
How does cancellation work?
A.You may reschedule within 7 days of the cancellation date. This means you have 7 days to contact Zaka's Pixels for a new photoshoot date.
A new photoshoot date must be within 30-days time frame.
Example: If you cancel January 8th, you can not pick your next photoshoot over February 8th

Rates are subject to change and do not include tax rates or traveling fees. There will be a contract signing either before the session begins. All sessions will start at the time of the giving appointment. Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at ALL times to ensure safety. Zaka's Pixels are not responsible for anyone's safety.
